As a small club it was amazing to see us take $20,000 through the Vendi Pay Terminal in 15 Months. Gosh we only used to be lucky to take $1500 through the old Cash Box a year. It just proved to us how many people were not carrying cash and were probably just playing without paying, As a small club an extra $17,000 helps us pay for a lot of maintenance on the machinery and give us a bit of money to put back into the club, for us it is like striking gold. We have also just placed 2 carts at our facility, we decided to take the punt and see how they would go. We have hired then over 40 times in the first month since starting late Jan. All done autonomously through the Vendi Cart Hire platform. It has been an amazing eye opener, a small club like us hiring carts out nearly every day to us was unthinkable. I even asked a couple of guys the other day where they came from and they heard we had carts and they travelled up from Warrnambool to have a hit. Easy access to the course, we are cost effective club and we now have carts. That was the attraction. All this really proves to us we have to think differently about our club as a business. Cash unfortunately isn’t common in this day and age. It proves to us that if you don’t Tap and Go for Green Fees you are losing a massive amount of revenue. Plus with Vendi Golf Remitting the money to us, this takes an enormous amount of pressure off our committee and helpers. The systems from Vendi Golf have been a massive benefit to our club.

March 2026. We were introduced to Vendi Carts in October 2023 where our first Vendi was a GOLF NSW cart installed for us by Vendi Golf. Since it’s inception our social membership has grown significantly and continues to thrive,. We currently have 220 registered Vendi cart users and all but 6 of those are repeat hirers. The Club has now bought two new carts and have them running on the Vendi platform and I expect another cart will be bought by the end of the year. The introduction of Vendi Golf initiatives has dramatically improved player/visitor amenity having carts available, vending machine with golf accessories, drinks and food; and easy green fee payment facility. 1. Golf carts x 2 Experience to-date: 1.1 Regular no-risk revenue stream. 1.2 Increased patronage by local members and non-members on a regular basis. Many of the non-members would not play without carts. 1.3 Increased patronage from non-local players who only play because we have carts available. 1.4 Interesting fact - majority of social hires are by 18-30 year olds who do not want to walk. 1.5 Availability of carts has flow-on effect for green fee revenue and purchases from vending machine. 1.6 Cart demand indicates potential for further 1-2 carts. 1.7 Call centre support provided 7 days/week. 2. Vending Machine supplied by Vendi Golf with tap-n-go credit card technology. 2.1 Provides customers with golf accessories (balls, gloves, tees), drinks, chocolates, lollies, chips, food, etc. 2.2 Improved amenity for customers. 3. Green Fees Credit Card Facility provided by Vendi Golf: 3.1 Tap-n-go window has pre-set amounts which makes it easier for customers to select correct amount. 3.2 Operation is far easier to use than previous arrangement. 3.3 Honesty chute is still in operation but with increasing cash-less society – the credit card facility is essential. 3.4 Social green fee revenue generation is up 200% this calendar year with improved payment facility.

I would like to thank you so much for all your support over the past two and a half months since we installed our wonderful Vendi Pay Machine. We could not be happier with the results. Since installing the unit on the 1st November 2023 we have taken just over $9990. It is so easy and hassle free. Players have commented to me that it is great to have the option of paying via card as they don’t carry cash anymore. Our green fees have improved by around 57% on last year at the same time. Would encourage anyone looking at the machine to just do it!! It will be a game changer for any club.

“Vendi for your club? You betcha! Our club is based in regional East Gippsland Victoria. As a wholly volunteer run club, the Vendi experience for us has been extremely well received and successful. Our nearest golf retail outlet is a 2 ½ hour round trip from the club, and the Vendi Machine has therefore allowed our members and visitors the opportunity to purchase basic golfing items such as gloves, balls and tees at a very competitive price, as our clubhouse is only open during competition days. Together with the refreshments offered, we find the Vendi Machine is very well patronised and draws many favourable comments for its ease of use and convenience. As it is cashless, we have had no issues with theft or vandalism it has definitely been a huge win for our club. The Vendi carts have provided a huge revenue boost for the club. As well as an initial cheque from sponsors to have their logo on a cart, we have surpassed last year’s 6 month trading in only three months, with no outgoings. The cheaper rate for twilight games this summer has been a huge success!
